Main purpose is to increase label sales in the branch. Calling existing, new and lost customers for orders, 3-5 hours per day using the “daily customer call report”. Use “non-supply list” to contact “new, lost customers for appointments for Sales Representatives & Branch Managers. Scrutinize Label Boards daily and focus on customers in the red. Informs Label Administrator verbally and via email of the urgent label deliveries. Receive orders from customer, check that pricing is correct, order quantity is correct and confirm delivery due date. Update the “Daily customer call report” daily so that the current information on the Skynamo server is always up to date. Telesales is also responsible to ensure that all festive orders are received and due delivery dates are communicated to Label Administrator. Maintain label boards and ensure screen is always on and correct. Grade 12. Must have good telephone skills.
