Roles and Responsibilities:

Manufacture components using the CNC Machine Centre and the CNC Lathe
Have knowledge of Centre Lathe, Milling Machines, Band Saw, Power Saw, Surface grinder, Pedestal and Radial Arm Drilling machines.
Responsible for manufacturing tooling components, parts to specified drawings and samples
Can use toolroom-measuring equipment.
Machine to tight tolerances.
Block up steel to specific sizes.
Screw cut.
Can work within a tool room team environment read engineering drawings
Work shifts as requested by Toolroom management to complement projects to meet operational objectives and requirements.
Be involved in training and development programs
