Are you an experienced CNC Programmer with Haas/ Mozak Machines looking for a new opportunity? Join our dynamic team and put your skills to the test in a fast paced environment. To program a Haas CNC milling machine to manufacture hydraulic manifold blocks and general engineering parts, using the correct cutting tools with the appropriate tolerances according to the manufacturing drawings supplied. To program the machine and work efficiently. To manufacture components within tolerance using the correct gauges and measuring instruments to verify the sizes. To make sure that general maintenance on the machine is carried out. To ensure all work is performed in a safe and professional manner Safety and health problems are identified and reported to the safety Representative for rectifying Hazardous situations are reported or resolved immediately Safety and health equipment is available and ready for use Incidents / accidents are prevented by effective operating of equipment and machinery, and by following health and safety procedures Health and safety procedures are adhered to and updated as laid down legislation The work area is safe and clean as per company policy Matric 2 – 3 Year' experience in assembly industry related product Knowledge of processes Knowledge of CNC machines.
