Job Description

You will be responsible for the following:

Machining components to required tolerances.
CNC milling and turning operation.
Precision surface grinding.
CNC programming using Edgecam.
Assembling, repairing and maintenance of press tools and moulds.
Verify dimensions, alignments and clearances of finished parts.
Working with and using precision equipment e.g. micrometre , depth gauge ,vainer callipers to check and measure the accuracy of tool components before and after assembling.
Maintenance and setting of machines.
