Key Responsibilities:

Conduct user research using various methodologies such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and contextual inquiries.
Analyse user data to generate insights and identify areas for improvement.
Create user personas, journey maps, and experience maps to guide the design process.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that align with user needs and business goals.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure user-centric solutions.
Present and communicate research findings and design concepts to the team and stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX and UI design.
