Only candidates who reside in close proximity to Somerset West will be considered for this position. Position criteria: If you have a passion for hospitality, the drive to deliver only the best results, a keen eye for detail and first-class service skills then this may be the position for you. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a 5-Star Hotel or similar environment Confident, professional and welcoming personality Focused on providing an exceptional guest service experience Impeccable appearance of personal grooming Full insight of all menu methods of production and presentation standards Up to date knowledge of food and beverage trends and best practice Meticulous attention to detail Excellent memory skills Ability to thrive and work under pressure, with high-level multiple tasking abilities Competent level of written and verbal communication skills in the English language Good level of numeracy Be an energetic, positive and level-headed individual who works well as a team player Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service Flexible working hours subject to the demands of the business Position available immediately Only candidates who reside in close proximity to Somerset West, will be considered for this position.
