Reference: BOK004139-LA-1Warehouse Administration Clerk Qualification Matric Strong Excel knowledge Experience using NAV would be an advantage Requirements Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role doing invoicing, issuing purchase orders, creating GRN for customers and suppliers, resolving all queries from buy-outs, transfer orders and third party. Duties Invoice the Orders ready for delivery. Generate Production Orders / Sub-Contracting Orders for buy-outs. Create Goods Received Notes for Customers or Suppliers returns. Create Purchase Orders and Transfer Orders between branches. Co-ordinate with Quality Dept on certificates and certain inspections in receiving. Receipt Sales Buy Out and Sub-contracting Purchase Orders. Confirm pricing and quantity before receipting. Follow up on outstanding Purchase Orders, due and overdue Purchase Orders and advise Warehouse Supervisor daily on confirmed collections. Provide feedback to Sales on any problems related to their Purchase Orders, that includes supplier goods return documents that must be signed and checked, shortages, over supplied and incorrectly supplied items. Update daily feedback report. General Warehouse admin as required, including, but not limited to Scanning and filing of traycards. Capturing of buy-outs, Transfer Orders and 3rd Party orders on NAV by receiving stock only – Invoices and POD’s to be handed to creditors within 24 hours of processing. Assessing whether receipted stock has further 3rd party order requirements, or whether stock is ready for moving in Warehouse – this must be in agreement with Expeditor and/or Bulk Planner. Generate Production Orders and Purchase Orders for 3rd Party orders from all sources. Ensure Picking on Production Orders created agrees to quantity received after 3rd Party orders – Variances to be resolved within 24 hours – notify Finance of Orders ready for closure. Checking quantity received back from 3rd Party orders / suppliers agree to quantity delivered and/or ordered. Purchase Credit Memos Liaise with Receiving Supervisors to ensure urgencies are done timeously in receiving for Sales Orders and paperwork is collected regularly from them. Queries to be resolved and reported to relevant parties from all Buy-outs, transfer orders and 3rd party within 24 hours. Notify QA Manager or Receiving Manager if QC inspection is not done when required. Ensure stock labels have been printed accordingly for stock/orders to maintain batch control. Invoice orders that are packed and ready for Dispatch. Transfer stock that is sent to Warehouse from Packing for stock and orders pending dispatch. Assist with random stock checks and annual stock take. R 15000 - R 20000 - Monthly Apply Now
