Support of warehouse logistics and distribution as a specialist, to bridge the gap between operational and technical departments, translating logistics requirements and issues into IT language to implement process improvements and ensure system availability Handle system-related inquiries and provide first and second-level support, including creating next-level tickets. Responsible for ensuring optimal functionality of Blue Yonder WMS Warehouse Management and Transportation systems. Analyse and optimize work/process flows related to the deployed systems and contribute to process and solution design. Customize the Data Warehouse and create reports Prepare and conduct user training and workshops. Perform regression and new development testing. Maintain online documentation of system processes, keeping it up-to-date. Matric or Senior Certification equivalent Experienced in supporting Blue Yonder WMS, including user support. Professional background in warehousing Salary Market Related
