Menlyn, Pretoria: HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Minimum Requirements:
-NON EE female or male
-Fully bilingual in Afrikaans & English (first and second languages A MUST)
-Matric / Grade 12
-Human Resources Qualification highly advantageous
-Must have practical working experience in Human Resources Management, staff training, VIP Payroll, CCMA cases, HR and IR related matters (HR MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE A MUST)
-Independently functional
-Computer literate in MS Office and VIP Payroll A MUST
-Clear ITC and Criminal Record
-Reliable and trustworthy
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Full Human Resources functions
-Human Resources Management
-Staff training
-VIP Payroll
-Handling CCMA cases
-HR and IR related functions
-Payroll and payment of salaries
-Manage new employee contracts
-Manage personnel leave and replacements
-Recruitment functions
Salary: R 15 000.00 gross + 13th cheque (not negotiable)
