Supplier of FMCG Goods to various companies/industries/ships seeks a qualified
candidate with basic experience in this field and ability to work under pressure.
Client Liaison – Make appointments to meet new and existing customers
Ascertain / identify customers’ needs
Conclude sales, prices, contracts and payments – focus on profitability and turn around time/deliveries.
Advise customers re delivery schedules and after-sales service
Liaise with Sales – record orders & send details to the sales office
Monitor competitors/products on offer
Meet sales targets / Report sales trends to your employer and network
Compile and Submit Tenders – follow due process/administrative work.
Very busy office – fast paced working environment – dead-line driven and competitive Sound communication skills and pc skills.
Achievement of set targets, objectives and budget for the year
Monitor and review customer performance and growth
Maintain & improve established CRM (Customer Relationship Management) programs
Management of ad-hoc sales projects
Handle all customer’s queries & complaints promptly
Ensure continuous stock supply & product availability at outlet level
Meet Set Targets / Monitor region for competitor activities
Strong reporting skills and Ability to network at various levels.
A pressured/stressful environment, requiring excellent communication skills, fast thinking and action orientated ie pro-active person.
Self-confident & self-driven.
Strong team player – working unsupervised.
