Valid Code 08 drivers license / own reliable vehicle.
Strong computer experience on Ghost Convey and AJS programmes.
Duties include attending to the daily administrative functions related secretarial and conveyancing secretarial duties as well as attending to switchboard and clients similar position.
Secretarial / reception duties in the legal industry would be an added advantage
the manager is away and doing other adhoc admin duties. This is a very URGENT position.
