Major Duties and Responsibilities: Project Development and Implementaion General: Plans, implements Department of State (DoS)-funded programs and develops Mission-designed virtualand in-person exchange in applicant review and selection. Monitors development of the participants' U.S. programs; oversees to conceive the project, identifying partners, develop Notices of Funding Opportunity (NOFOs) to solicit required.
