Identify customer solutions on rates and services Source and negotiate different shipping lines direct/indirect, and ad hoc services where required Participate in supplier meetings working relationship with the Team and other Departments Adhere to SOP's and Operational Processes and all freight logistics Provide optimal level of service and resolve all shipment issues Track all import shipments and forward weekly updates to relevant departments Evaluate all imported items and ensure accuracy
