Telephonic Screening to identify suitable candidates through effective job matching Oversee and co-ordinate and shortlisting to identify the most suitable candidate ensuring a fair process has taken place. Making accurate verification checks for shortlisted candidates i.e. References, Credit Check, Criminal Check
