To work high risk/overdue claims of other's portfolio where claims portfolio To ensure a balance between quality work and speedy resolution of claims Assist clients with with queries/complaints where necessary Work every aspect of a claim with the requisite turnaround time Portfolio. Special Requirements Must be available to work extra hours where necessary; and Full confidentiality
