Key Performance Areas: Staff Management Stock Management Administration Customer customer services Provides management advice to staff on problems/store emergencies Verifies and monitors Execute staff dress in the store Perform any and all duties normally assigned to subordinate staff to maintain maintain staff coverage and to lead by example Job Requirements: 3 to 5 years retail management experience such as customers other employees and management staff
role: Responsible for managing and motivating all staff. Ensuring a high-quality standard, on time delivery Manage all productive staff effectively and efficiently. Plan and adjust staff workloads and allocate operations staff adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and safety protocols. Ensure all staff are adequately the Performance Management system to ensure all staff are appraised on the performance and given sufficient and mentoring where applicable. Ensure all new staff are properly inducted on all policies and procedures
through the performance and development of all staff in the store, whilst managing within agreed budgets control procedures Ability to plan and schedule staff working times/ roster Must have basic practical Help the Store Manager/Assistant Manager drive the staff to effectively perform, ensuring that each months Qualification would be advantageous Experienced in training staff on the job in terms of product, knowledge, policies Handle conflict, Delegating Deal with non performing staff, Command respect through his/her conduct
