• Coordinate all operational matters and activities related update the department's manuals, encompassing Cargo procedures and operations, Ramp handling, and Aircraft ground handling;
• Investigate Ground and Cargo incidents or discrepancies, which may have a direct onduct external audits for Ground Handling and Cargo Operations;
• Support the Quality department ain performance indicators for both ground and cargo handling;
