Reporting to the Project Manager be responsible professional who has solid reporting and programme management expertise gained within the built environment
Key Focus Ares:
Providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing general administrative agree to the amount being claimed. Ensure Regional manager has authorized claim. Ensure supplier delivery shredding of old documents and ensure archives are neat. Assist Regional Manager with month end tasks: outstanding to the Regional Manager. Order and distribute sundry branch expenses. Regional Manager to approve. Answering of customers/guests. Processing of credit notes. Manage credit applications. Assist with quotes. Assist
General office: Managing office supplies & equipment – Purchasing & managing - Tea, coffee, stationary clients. Managing asset keys – Receiving & handing out. Managing & maintaining records for petty sheets for files. Capturing of sales data & records – Maintain & updating daily. Daily follow up Request, record, verify, maintain records & report – For Buyers & Sellers. Managing ordering sheets for files. Capturing of leasing data & records – Maintain & updating. Creating hard copy files

Assist the SHEQ Manager with coordinating and arranging of Quality training training and Quality workshops. Assist the SHEQ Manager with coordinating and arranging of Quality Audits initiatives. Capture quality non-conformances by recording in detail any deviations/errors identified through Qualification and experience in ISO 9001: Quality Management System essential. Minimum of 3 years Quality
