â Diploma in Supply Chain Management or Logistics

Experience & Qualifications
The support engineer needs to be proficient using technology
configurations. The support engineer will be required to travel between customers sites and provide support to other
telephonic support for respective applications and infrastructure.
Arrange desk side support where applicable
with clients as required.
Operational Support
Ensure daily operational activities and maintenance
log monitoring.
Client visits desk side support when required.
Engagement with local vendors
