Conduct cash book entry to (Wednesdays)
Check if all documents align with the procurement policy
Capture journals on Everest
Conduct level Bank authorisation
Confirmation of budget allocation for any deviation on procurement
Filing form
Effect the payments on the FNB platform
Monthly Bank reconciliations
Do credit card and petty cash
