Supporting the office of Directors, the incumbent will be the first point of contact in managing office order to ensure all priority deadlines seeking Directors attention are met to collate and file all invoices invoices, quotations and other documents related to Directors' desk implementing robust administrative procedures processes that will promote effective access to Directors compile and produce and edit professional and ensuring that information is on hand for use by Director i.e statutory certifications, corporate governance
