effective finance reports and ensure compliance with planned reporting cycles and adherence in terms of IFRS Division's strategy objectives into a Business Unit Plan. Monitor trends and benchmark best practices both Divisional under/over recover reports and ensure that plans are in place to mitigate under recoveries. Review monthly variance reports and ensure mitigation plans are implemented and monitored for negative variances
