Customer Service Excellence:
Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger, and Provide support to the accounting department and other departments as necessary. Handle additional tasks
performance, identifying key drivers and proposing corrective actions as necessary. Collaborate with cross-functional support decision-making processes. Partner with department heads to develop and track key performance indicators
