  • Investigate Ground and Cargo incidents or discrepancies, which may have a direct onduct external audits for Ground Handling and Cargo Operations;
  • Support the Quality department ain performance indicators for both ground and cargo handling;
  • Respond and investigate IQSMS monitoring of cargo manifests and conduct ad-hoc checks on the Cargo Manifest;
  • Monitor cargo weights
