- Manage the Mechanical Contractors on a monthly basis (Labour workload, leave and training requirements;
- Manage the Flying Technician rosters for the Regional defects;
- In collaboration with the Production Controller, manage the tasks schedule, A-Check forecasting and pl repairs and extensive downtime;
- Oversee and manage the daily workload for SVM;
- Oversee deferred team;
- Set team goals in order to meet the overall business need;
- Oversee that the recurrent training
