Foreman: Flight Line

• Manage the Mechanical Contractors on a monthly basis (Labour Requirements);
• Manage that faults;
• In collaboration with the Production Controller, manage the tasks schedule, A-Check forecasting and pl Time Performance is measured, managed and improved;
• Oversee and manage the daily Flight line sta feedback to Maintenance Control Centre and to Management regarding aircraft status;
• Provide monthly aircraft fleet;
• Provide monthly feedback to management regarding personnel challenges.

RESPONSIBILITES:

• Manage the Mechanical Contractors on a monthly basis (Labour workload, leave and training requirements;
• Manage the Flying Technician rosters for the Regional defects;
• In collaboration with the Production Controller, manage the tasks schedule, A-Check forecasting and pl repairs and extensive downtime;
• Oversee and manage the daily workload for SVM;
• Oversee deferred feedback to Maintenance Control Centre and to Management regarding aircraft status.
