Workshop Manager to oversee the daily operations of the busy workshop. The Workshop Manager will be responsible responsible for managing the team of technicians and mechanics, ensuring the timely completion of all Protective Clothing, if and when necessary.

Manage Mechanics, Assistants, and job cards.

Perform repairs of Group Fleet.

Provide on-the-job training, as well as coaching and mentoring to mechanics

Evaluate training requirements and discuss training needs with Management.
