Responsibilities:
HR Administration:

Serve as HR queries first point of contact templates.
Disciplinary / IR Administration:
Assist in note-taking at hearings.

Previous experience in HR administration or related roles.
Strong organizational
Business or Finance or Administration or Management or Office Administration or Human Resources industry
and training new staff in addition to succession planning, staff welfare, industrial relations and supporting
implementation of organisational goals, succession planning and change management initiatives through consultation
effectiveness;
Review, analyse and evaluate training plans submitted by heads of department and provide feedback
and training supervisors / managers in the administration and application of the performance management
Performance management practices;
Succession planning.
Salary - Market related
