Exposure to device management (SCCM, Workspace One, Microsoft Intune etc.) Exposure to troubleshooting infrastructure
SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, SD, MM) is required. Microsoft Dynamics (D365) knowledge is beneficial. Proven
presentation, and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office 2016 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Troubleshoot and resolve authorisation issues on Microsoft Active Directory. Assist in implementing, maintaining
independently and as part of a team. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Framework experience. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
