The Programme Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination of administrative activities; will will assist the Programme Manager / Product Owner, Project Manager/s and team with planning, finance when necessary.
The Programme Coordinator responsibilities are as follows.
with the project and programme team and large stakeholder groups Planning, coordination and facilitation
large/complex IS project(s) within the IS Customer Programme • Responsible for building and managing the relationship areas of accountability within the IS Customer Programme • Responsible for delivering to the overall IS prioritisation of projects within the IS Customer Programme • Responsible for highlighting and managing risks and issues of projects within the IS Customer programme • Responsible for highlighting the interdependencies Customer Programme • Responsible for reporting progress of projects back to the IS Customer Programme Manager
Dependency management Collaborate with the project and programme team and large stakeholder groups Apply formal
best practice methods and tools, ensures that programme/project risks and issues are appropriately identified to all internal and external stakeholders on programmes and projects. Ensures visibility of IT resources
Ensures that all organizational elements of the programme are addressed, integrated, and handed over to
