The Technical Servicing Administrator will be responsible for processing Quotes: Process quotations received from the Field Service Engineer Ensure correct pricing quoted per modality selling prices for parts if required Follow up with customers on quotes sent and not yet accepted Technical reports from customer and log the call with the Technical Supervisor to allocate a Field Service Engineer
