Photos of all before and after maintenance to be taken as evidence for billing refuse areas are kept clean and the bins are cleaned after the refuse has been collected by council. Utility ingoing inspections to be performed by caretaker 48 hours before new tenant moves in (if possible). Caretaker moving out and new tenant is moving in within 24-hour period, please ensure a plan is in place to get documents.
