R 10 000 - R 12 000 per month Providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing general administrative supporting documents to Head Office. Send through business expense reimbursement forms and supporting docs agree to the amount being claimed. Ensure Regional manager has authorized claim. Ensure supplier delivery and ensure archives are neat. Assist Regional Manager with month end tasks: outstanding sales orders to the Regional Manager. Order and distribute sundry branch expenses.
