  • 3 or more years of staff management experience
  • Experienced with HR / IR policies Learnership targets are achieved
  • Plan and manage to ensure that candidates/assignees are recruited authorized and submitted to the Wage Clerk
  • Manage and schedule training for employees as per client
  • Ensure licenses
  • Ensure standby roster is submitted to management to ensure clients are attended to on weekends
