contract position for a Receptionist / Marketing Assistant . Key Responsibilities: Receptionist Duties: Operating deliveries and booking parcels with the Courier company. Assist with any flight / travel bookings. Any other adhoc conjunction with directive from Brand Managers. Assist with staff order requests and send it to the relevant rooms until allocated. Allocations of products – All products that are sent to sales representatives HCP and sent back to you for record keeping. All products must be allocated immediately and placed in closed
