Our client is looking to employ retail staff for their stores. Duties include, but not limited to: Generates upselling. Ensures highest levels of customer service are maintained. Ensures product knowledge is always with any customer service issues that may arise and resolves promptly. Keeps management informed. Ensures store's performance and provides feedback to management. Provides a high standard of visual merchandising available. If stock levels are not adequate, informs management. Ensures that shrinkage is kept under control
