Weekly and Monthly meetings to assess performance requirements and sales targets as set by the National Sales system improvements, and implementing changes required by management from time to time. Meet sales financial financial objectives by forecasting requirements and initiating corrective actions where applicable. Participating allocations and stock takes as per monthly cycle requirements. Ensure the Sales Agents are kept informed with reporting to the National Sales Manager as defined and required. Acquire new business and manage the relationship
