- Forwarding

- Inspection of client's distribution department and facilities.

- Continuous telephone carried out correctly.

- Keep a register of all equipment and ensure that the former are booked in that RTMS requirements are met.

- Ensure that all parked vehicles in the yard:

Parked in that vehicle keys are handed in to the Security department and locked.
Diesel cards are registered
