Market related hotel. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a GM in a boutique or smaller hotel, or as Assistant GM or F&B Manager in a similar setting. Experience working in Bloemfontein or outside South Africa related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, with at least 2 years in background in Food and Beverage management, with experience in menu development, costing, and quality control
