strong communication skills to fully and competently manage front office procedures from a Reception and Reservations
standpoint. You will also relieve as a Duty Manager when senior managers are off site. The Reservationist will
report directly to the Lodge Manager. Whilst on shift, the Duty Manager will have a team of staff reporting
that this entails. Guest Welcoming and Hosting. Management of Billing, invoicing and payments and handling
