We are seeking a talented Events Coordinator ideally with previous experience working g incoming calls and emails for conference and events reservations enquiries
including the ceremony, reception, and any additional events. Provide on-site coordination and support during process. Attend Industry events in order to promote Weddings and other events at our Hotels, as and when tertiary qualification in hospitality management, event planning, or related field is advantageous. Must Proven experience as a wedding coordinator or event planner. Exceptional organizational and time management circumstances with a positive attitude. Proficient in using event planning software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge

strategies to promote the restaurant and Giniversity events. Ensures compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations presentation. Event Management Oversee the successful execution of our Giniversity and or Corporate events, including experience. Liaise with suppliers and ensure all event logistics run smoothly. Assist with quoting and
