Site Supervisor - Junior

Supervisor (Junior) is tasked to assist the Site Manager with all site requirements and to oversee contractors drawings and specifications, with guidance from Site Manager. File drawings and record information as per the procedures manual. Set out, with guidance from Site Manager. Ensure Plant and Equipment are correctly applied proceed, to Senior Site Manager, and document. Complete a Daily Diary. Monitor and manage performance of subordinates relations and maintain discipline. Assist Senior Site Manager with regard to grievances and welfare requirements
