The company is project based and has around 200 employees currently. The appointment can be permanent, but contract. It is a hybrid position. Every Monday the employee will work from the Glenharvie office and two days and involvement in employee onboarding/offboarding. Ensure all employee administration (including contr process up to and including reporting stage. Manage employee relations (disciplinary issues) in conjunction recruitment/staff movement/employee relations. Provide accurate advice/feedback on employee relations matters
