ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Debriefing of POD's and and record the driver delivery manifest on the debriefing report and sent to all relevant individuals (rectifications (rectifications and claims to be debriefed and reported to Team Leader). Debriefing of returns (Full & Part) Part) as per the SOP and ensure that debriefing report is completed accurately and that failed delivery coded correctly on Freightware and noted on the debriefing report. Ensure that the customer failed deliveries
