Intercape is looking to employ a IR officer at the Human Capital unit at the Pretoria West Office, with adherence to and implementation of the Intercape IR strategy Ensure implementation of sound and fair representative committees & forums. Support of the IR Manager in the research and compliance audits for of all IR matters and processes are in place and maintained at all times. Conducting regular IR training training and coaching with regard to all IR aspects to the IC Group (CORE and Africa-Support where required)
