Requirements: Responsibilities: Establish parts required for service or repairs to be performed and ensure that correct Maintain cordial relationship with workshop staff. Customer's vehicles must not be used for sitting in. Accessories radios in customer's vehicles must not be tampered with. No private property in customer's vehicles must parts, accessories and/or assemblies removed from customer's vehicles, must be kept together, stored safely
