Responsibility Area • Outbound calls - Sales of services and products • Administration responding and following up on all rescheduled calls and pending information. • Liaising with the various the contact centre operations in terms of taking calls, handling internal/external client queries as and requirements - Cold calling SA clients • Minimum 6 months insurance telesales experience (cold calling) - Ideally flexibility with regards to hours of work. • Perform on-call duties if required Skills required • Strong comprehension
