Ensure all customer orders are processed and ready with couriers utilised to transport products to customers. · Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc). · Verify customer and order information for correctness, checking requested merchandise. · Receive and respond to customer queries if needed. · Prepare invoice & shipping · Inspect outgoing orders for compliance with customers' specifications & satisfaction. · Adjust inventory
