incumbent will be responsible for supporting large capital projects to successful implementation and will provide
weekly/monthly internal financial reports on: Working capital Margins & costs Cash conversion Debtors ageing
materials and labour on numerous construction projects • Obtaining onsite measurement from area managers and procurement of new projects • Placing order and planning of new projects • Building, maintaining Accurately maintaining, processing, and updating all project related costs • Preparing estimates & valuations and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly. • Ensuring compliance with health especially roofing, material is essential. • Skills in project management and budgeting are immensely beneficial
