To drive and implement the corporate governance framework relevant professional body such as Chartered Governance Institute of South Africa (CGISA) would be advantageous Experience Required: Minimum : 8 years' corporate governance / company secretariat experience, of which 5 management level Advantageous : 10 years' corporate governance / company secretariat experience, of which 6 Sub-Committee, and Opco deliberations Corporate Governance: Provide the Board Members collectively and individually
